Further refining the series concept of the exhilaration of "1 vs. 1,000" theme, the game introduced new attacks such as evolution and rage attacks, and advancements in graphics. Cao Pi, Ling Tong, and Xingcai became playable in battles, increasing the number of playable characters to a series record of 48 characters. In addition, there were scenarios for each character to illustrate each of their lives.
