Additional character Ziluan

A traveling warrior who has lost all his memories.

In his instinctual efforts to fulfill his role of Guardian of Peace, he uses the martial skills that remain etched into his very being as he sweeps across various battlefields.

New Companions system

On the Select Companion screen, you can choose a companion who will fight alongside the player hero. These companions have their own Companion Traits that will aid you in battle.

When accompanied by a companion, you will have a Rotation Gauge that you can fill by defeating enemies.

Once the Rotation Gauge is full, you can deplete it to temporarily undergo Companion Rotation. You will not take damage from enemies during this time. Press “L2 button” to consume your remaining Rotation duration and unleash Summoning Skills.

The number of phases you progress through while accompanied by a companion will determine your Bond Level. Once your Bond reaches a certain level, your companion's effects will be upgraded. You can also obtain the Burning Karma Embers needed to unlock companions.

You can use your Burning Karma Embers on the Select Companions screen. There, you can also expend Karma Embers to raise your Bond Level with your companion. As you increase your Bond Level with different heroes, the Sealing Cost limit will also increase.

New ORIGINS Mode

A fragment of the DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS world has mixed with Hell, creating a world of illusion.
In this warped combination of the real world and Hell, you will find yourself facing challenging battles of 1 vs. 1,000.

After the battle ends in a phase in ORIGINS Mode, a hero from DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS may appear and aid you using certain special effects.

The battle flag of these heroes will be displayed at portals where they will appear.

11 new bosses, including Lu Bu

In this mode, some of the DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS heroes will also take on the role of Level Boss. Defeat these heroes awaiting you in the Depths of Hell to achieve victory.

If you fulfill certain conditions, Lu Bu will also appear. He is extremely powerful, but you can choose whether or not you want to challenge him in battle.
