Damaged, Scratched Discs or Discs that "Freeze"
If you purchased your game new from your retailer and discovered a damaged or scratched disc when you first opened the case or encounter a disc that "freezes", please return the game back to the retailer for an exchange based on their store policy. If you have a damaged disc, but the above does not apply to you, please refer to KOEI TECMO EUROPE's limited warranty policy information found in the back of your game manual.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – Windows XP support to end
The following notice is regarding the operating system requirements for our PC (Windows) products.
On April 8, 2014, Microsoft will end support for Windows XP. As a result, KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD. will also discontinue support for Windows XP on April 8, 2014.
For customers who continue to use Windows XP, although games will still work after the support period ends, future version upgrades, patches and automatic updates (updates that are activated while online) cannot be applied and as a result the games may no longer run properly.
In advance of the end of Windows XP support, we recommend that any affected customers consider upgrading their PC and/or OS (operating system).
