In the honmaru, the Touken Danshi can be placed in the inner chambers, kitchen, garden, veranda or recreation room.
The Touken Danshi can gain experience and deepen bonds depending on where they're placed.
What is Honmaru?
Honmaru is the base of the incarnated Touken Danshi.
Here the Touken Danshi can be upgraded, items can be purchased from the shop, and events can be recollected.
The honmaru itself grows with the Touken Danshi, allowing for more koban and materials to be earned.
Bond Conversations
When Touken Danshi embark upon missions together or are placed in the same location, the bonds between the Touken Danshi deepen and their bond level can increase.
Once their bond level reaches a certain level, events will take place where special conversations between the Touken Danshi can be heard.
Mini-games
When Touken Danshi are placed in honmaru, occasionally mini-games take place. For example, in the kitchen if there are two Touken Danshi they can work together to create mochi (rice cakes), or if there is only one, a game to make onigiri (rice balls) begins. The type of mini-game will depend on the location it takes place is, and if they are cleared, materials or koban can be obtained which can further develop the honmaru.
