Battle Screen Finishing Attacks Defeat in Battle Swing Before Getting Touched!
Battle Screen
When you touch a monster on the Field Screen, you transition to the Battle Screen.
Enemies and party members issue their battle commands in turn.
You can attack, use items, and perform other actions as you battle.

Turn

An enemy or ally who is ready to execute a battle command
Allies and enemies take turn performing actions according to the battle order. When a character is displayed on the far right, they are able to execute a battle command. Depending on the command executed and other factors, the next battle order might differ from the preceding one.
Items and skills with Time Effects (multiple activations)
There are items and battle skills that can only be used a certain amount of times. Their icons and remaining number of activations are displayed on the turn bar.
Battle command

When it is a character's turn, they execute a battle command.
Attack
Perform a normal attack.
Item
Item is a powerful command that only Escha and Logy can use. They can only use items they have equipped as Adventure Equip., and they can only be used a limited number of times.
Skill
A command that each character can use by consuming MP. They can be used to deal damage, strengthen allies, and more. They are learned automatically as characters level up.
Move
Change your positioning. With "Switch", you can exchange characters.
Wait
Do nothing, and delay the character's action.
Switch
This will allow you to exchange the current character for a character currently in the Back Row of the Formation. When characters move to the back lines, their HP and MP slightly recover.
Run
All members flee from battle. There are cases when you are unable to run, such as when facing fast or powerful enemies.
Character

The character you can switch to
Characters in the front line execute battle commands. Characters in the rear line can offer support when their gauge is filled. Characters to which a yellow line is connected can be switched to with the "Switch" battle command.
Support Gauge

Using an Attack or Skill will increase the Support Gauge. When this reaches 1, you can use the Gauge to perform Support Attack or Support Guard actions. Supports are performed by pressing the button that corresponds to the character's position.
Support Attack
When a friend attacks, the selected character can attack to support them. If you have another level of the Support Gauge remaining, you can choose another character to perform another Support Attack.
Support Guard
When a friend is targeted, you can select a character to take damage in place of the attacked character. The Guarding character will take less damage than normal. Also, if the damage is enough to KO the Guarding character, there is a chance that you will still be left with 1 HP.
Supports can also be canceled
If you want to save up your support gauge, supports can be canceled.
