Character Status

Characters' statuses can be viewed by selecting "Status" from the main menu. You can check parameters, learned skills, current equipment, and more.

Status Details

LV

Your current level when battling.

Next

The battle experience required to reach the next level.

HP

Your current HP / maximum HP. When this reaches 0, the character will be KO'd. It can be restored by returning to town.

MP

Your current MP / maximum MP. This is consumed when you use skills. It can be restored by returning to town.

ATK

Affects the amount of damage dealt to enemies.

DEF

Affects the amount of damage received by enemies.

SPD

Affects turn order, as well as your chance of evading.

RES

Reduces damage when receiving attribute attacks (fire, water, wind, and earth).

Friend (other than main character)

Affects the occurrence of events and Assist. Friend increases more easily for characters that are fighting with you, and less easily for characters in reserve.

Skills

The skills you have obtained along with descriptions of them. Your status will fluctuate depending on your skills.

You can display skills by pressing the corresponding button when your status is displayed.
You can check alchemy and battle skills for the main character, or battle skills for other characters.

Equipment Effects and Equipment Properties

By pressing the corresponding button, you can toggle between the displays for Equipment Effects and Equipment Properties. You can also check detailed information.

You can view a list of the effects your equipment items possess.
From the details, you can also view specific descriptions on effects such as "Fire Attack" and "Scholar's Focus".
