Posting 
Move an officer to a different base within the clan's territory.
Lord Selection
During "Officer Selection", if you select "Lord Selection," you can assign the officer as castle lord of the destination base.
Appoint 
Choose the castle lord. The loyalty of the selected officer will increase.
Since in castle defense, the higher the LEA of the castle lord, the harder it is to capture the castle, assigning someone with high LEA as castle lord is important.
Employ 
Employ an rōnin and make him a retainer.
Employed officers will move to the nearest clan base.
Note: If there are rōnin in your territory, they will automatically show on the Employ screen at the beginning of each month.
Expel 
Release a retainer from service and drive them away.
When expelled, the officer ceases to be your retainer and will show up in other clans' area as an rōnin.
