Treasure 
Give a treasure to one of your retainers. The loyalty will rise depending on the grade of the treasure.
Giving arms or horses to certain officers will raise their abilities.
Note: If the Daimyō has Tea or Incense sets in his possession, all of his retainers loyalty will rise a little. Merchants will be willing to purchase Imported and Chinese treasures.
Situations where you can obtain treasures
● Receive from merchants
● Execute a captured enemy officer
● Wipe out an enemy clan
Marry 
Wife
Make a maiden or lady officer into the wife of a retainer. If either of them are of the Daimyō's family, then they both become part of that family.
Family members will not betray the clan, and if the player's Daimyō dies or retires, then they can be chosen as the successor.
Concubine
Make the maiden or lady officer a concubine of the Daimyō.
Retire 
The Daimyō retires and leaves leadership of the clan to another member of the family. The selected officer (successor) becomes Daimyō and the retired Daimyō becomes a retainer.
You can select whether or not to have the new Daimyō carry on the former Daimyō's resolve.
If he chooses not to, all of the policies will reset and any effects disappear. In exchange, you can receive equivalent policy power.
Auto 
Allow the computer to decide on the commands.
Select which commands to leave to the computer, out of Commerce, Agriculture, Trade, Develop, Recruit, Posting, and Council.
